Teen Fit: Tuesday/Thursday @ 7PM


Many Teens start on PVC or training bars. This is what 6-12mo of training can achieve.

Whether your teen is involved with sports, looking to get involved, or your looking to simply keep them active. This program is for them.

With experience coaching youth athletics (basketball, football and baseball) and competitive CrossFit Athletes, Coach Aaron will bring the best out of your teens performance and mindset.

* After Sign-Up You will be emailed access to our member app for your teen to start reserving classes and tracking workouts.
