How Your Free Trial Works

It’s simple on purpose. Pick a class, show up a few minutes early, and we’ll handle the rest—from warm-up to modifications.

Choose your class time

Use the scheduler below to pick a day and time that fits your schedule. We have early morning, mid-day, and evening classes.

Arrive 10 minutes early

We’ll give you a quick tour, have you sign a waiver, and chat about any injuries or concerns so we can customize the workout for you.

Your coach will guide you the entire time and scale the workout to your level so you feel challenged, not crushed.

Common Questions

If you’re thinking it, someone else has too. Here are answers to the most common questions new members ask before their first class.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. We specialize in beginners. Each workout can be scaled up or down so you can start where you are and build from there.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

Let your coach know about any past or current injuries. We’ll modify movements so you can train safely and still get a great workout.

How long are the classes?

Each class is about 60 minutes including warm-up, strength/skill work, the main workout, and a cool down.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.

Typical weekly schedule:

Weekdays Early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, and evening classes available.
Saturday Morning class and/or open gym options for weekend warriors.
