Human Performance Academy: Grades 7-12
A hands-on high school/middle school enrichment program in Oak Hills, CA combining exercise science, human biology, physical science, fitness, and real-world learning.
WHERE SCIENCE MEETS MOVEMENT.
Human Performance Academy at Liberation Fitness is a high school homeschool co-op and enrichment program serving students throughout Oak Hills, Hesperia, Victorville, Phelan, Wrightwood and the rest of the High Desert Community.
Instead of learning science exclusively from a textbook, students explore the human body, exercise science, physics, biomechanics, nutrition, energy systems, and human performance through movement, experiments, discussion, and hands-on application.
Students won’t just learn what happens inside the human body—they’ll experience how those principles affect strength, movement, athletic performance, recovery, and everyday life.
Our goal is simple: build stronger bodies, curious minds, and capable young adults.
TWO SEMESTER COURSES. ONE TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCE.
Human Performance Academy is divided into two semester-long courses designed to give homeschool high school students a practical introduction to human biology, exercise science, physical science, and athletic performance.
