   Believer. Wife. Mommy to 4 amazing children. Lover of all things natural. My love of health began with nutrition. I became obsessed with the effect good, whole, natural foods had on my body, mind, energy, and overall health. Over time, my endless pursuit of optimal health has come to include fitness.

   Although I was raised on wholesome home-cooked meals and “sugar free” “whole” and “organic” foods before they became trendy, my own personal health journey began in 2010 when I was pregnant with my first child. The only foods I could eat (when I could eat🤢) were healthier clean foods and it was then I realized the effect foods had on me. Before then I was pretty average. I only knew to stay away from high fructose corn syrup and whatever else health advocates told me to.

   In 2012, we were introduced to a company that radically changed our family’s life. They shared healthy cooking lessons and the benefits of a plant based, wholesome, clean diet including the prevention of chronic illness. I was hooked after seeing the dramatic results in such a short amount of time. It came at the right time, just after I had our second child and was in desperate need of a lifestyle change. Losing baby weight is not easy and nearly impossible without the right guidance. I started working as a nutritional consultant and healthy cooking chef shortly after. It was then I started on an endless pursuit of changing not only my family’s life, but anyone who would give me the time of day. I realized the need for healthy eating guidance and the fact that most people, including myself, really had no grasp on what nutrition actually is and how it benefited the body.


   Since then, I have added being a certified Health Coach and a CrossFit level one trainer (and two more babies😍) to my resume to help change people’s lives. I believe in the CrossFit methodology and the 10 physical skills every person should have. I use health coaching methods of behavior change and healthy habit building to help people understand optimal health, manage and prevent chronic illnesses that are plaguing our society, and reach their health goals of fat loss, strength building, healthy eating, and whatever they may be.
